I enjoy watching the different kind of games being shown on tv. Lucky thing teevee satu showed some live telecasts at certain period of times. I was waiting anxiously for some badminton games. Unfortunately it was early in the morning and they didnt catch it on tv.
Obviously teevee satu showed all those that has Malaysian team participating. And so i saw their Women Hockey team beat Nigeria to a 4-0.
Not bad.
And then the whole family sat in the living room and witnessed a young male Malaysian weightlifter carrying a 117kg of weight. He got into first position among all the other european countries. Another malaysian got into third position after carrying a 110kg of weight.
Sheer determination, i tell you.
The whole process of weightlifting was awesome.
Each time any of them failed to lift the weights, they would walk back with heads hung so low. Their coach will be shouting and giving pointers at that pressurizing moment.
They were given 3 trials, and so they came back after that.
They were brave enough to overcome the impossible.
They believed in themselves, and they managed to lift the weight up!
"Difficulties mastered are opportunities won"
Awesome.
If it was me, i'll be feeling so down and stressed, im not in a position to carry another one infront of the audience. To think that they can get up from the fall, and master up the courage for another try.
Phewwww.
