We didnt win any position; we didnt even get into the semi.
Oh but, we won the Most Friendly Team title.
ho ho.
Looks like this time they dont have any Relek-One-Corner title.
I would like to try for that title again.
hehs.
Most friendly huh?
Must be because of my another team mate, who likes to migrate from one team to another and chat endlessly with anyone and anybody. She should be the one to get that title, coz she's the friendliest. But oh, we might as well share the title with the rest of the team. Caring is sharing, u noe.
hehe.
Maarifian gerls won the Most Cutest Team title. haha. Few other teams won other titles like Most Enthusiastic Team and etc etc, which ive forgotten at the moment.
And the results:
1st placing - A1 group (Teachers from Muhammadiyah kindergarten ctr)
2nd placing - Unsangkarable group (Mad Al-Arabiah gerls)
3rd placing - Famsha group (Mad Aljunied gerls)
Sis Waty from A1 group won the Best Player title. She was previously a badminton player. She was superb. Was not surprised by the title given to her. She played brilliantly.
And the prizes?
-whistles-
1st placing received trophies, vouchers and 5 Yonex rackets! 2nd placing received Yonex gym bags, trophies and vouchers! 3rd placing received the same as 2nd placing, only with a lower discount for the vouchers.
I would love to have those bags. And new rackets.
Best sehhhh.
Ok back to my group.
Played double this time which we won. 2 sets of single match which we won the first one. But because we've losed to group A1 and Unsangkarable last week, that made us on the 5th position instead. We tried to aim for a 3rd placing match, but another group Perwanit has a higher point than us by one, i think.
And so.
We brought back certs, vouchers(free entry worth $80 to a All-Shapes gym) and a cute metallic water bottle.
Yes, healthy living.
Lets go to that gym, and have a feel of a Jennifer-Lopez-gym-environment.

Hmmmm, shld try those sponsorships in the future.

Its o-verrr.

Maybe i shld explain a little bout this badminton rambling ive had for the past few entries. Its a Muslimah Badminton Challenge 2006, organized by the Muhammadiyah Youth Wing. It was held on 12th & 19th March. And the venue was at Mad Aljunied.
A good experience, a new exposure.
