Saturday is such a busy rushing day. I was awed by the big group of people rushing at the neighbourhood market just now. It seems that everyone is having an outdoor breakfast today. The sight of hot roti pratas and some teh tarik, whooo.

I made my way thru the human traffic jam and brought back the Saturday's Straits Times. It made me sit down for almost an hour. Fancy reading all of the thick news of world, home and many many issues. I almost forgot about breakfast. Shessh.

------

Today was one of the rare morning, where i finally gets up early for a jog. It has been almost 2 months without a single exercise at all. Thanks to all those food from swensens, cavana, beach rd and etc, i almost gave up after only a half-round of the neighbourhood. That very bad.

Speaking of that, i saw an article the other day (in Berita Harian) talking about TAF club members in schools getting tormented for their involvement in the club. The author was saying that it is a bad idea of forcing students to exercise when the only thing they get is embarassment and funny faces from the peers.

True, speaking from experience. 3 out of 4 yrs in sec sch, tats quite long for me. I'm glad my previous sch called it as Wellness Club. But then again, alahai. Wellness or TAF, you're still considered as the same bunch of peeps. I remembered the days of waking up early in the morning to catch the normal daily run at the parade square (aka courtyard). Thats when i felt all eyes were on me and the rest. Us, poor kids running around the court helplessly. I made a point to finish at least a minimum of six small rounds, considering my weight at that time. Every morning i would come up to class with red face and wet shirts. Hah! I owe it to the Wellness instructor, who gave us motivational and inspirational quotes non-stop.

But really, at the end of the day, if u're willing and determine to shed off your weight, u really can. True to what the author say. If TAF is all about kids running around unwillingly, they wont gain anything from it other than tired and torment.

------

Well, that was just a part of my previous life, which held some very memorable leaning points here and there. Tho i still cant forget the faces people once gave me. Ahhh, thats all in the past. Lets move on ya.
:)

It has been a perfect 5 days of staying at home, and i'm getting restless. The nurse who came here weekly said that she used to stay at home for almost 3 months after her graduation, before she finally gets a job. Tskk.

Dad is thinking of having a holiday at Msia, but i dont think we can, yet. Some trips would require long bus journey, and that wouldnt be wise for mom. Well, i wish we could just fly in a sweeesshh motion to the place we wanted. Oh c'mon fara, stay realistic please.

Well lets just spend another peaceful and quite saturday shall we?
:)
