It's all a changed environment. This place forced me to be a more independent and matured person. Fresh from grad, i think that'll be the most challenging for me. After surveying and analysing for the first week, i realised i'm the only person below the age of 25. Even the youngest looking lady is married, with 2 kids at home.
That makes me feel a bit inferior. Age shouldnt be an issue, but the working style is totally different. And, our topic conversations dont really dwell on the same stuff. Sometimes i caught myself staring into space (esp during lunch), because i dont know wats going on. They're talking in another language for almost the whole 1 hr.
Summarization?
Self-confidence and motivation is what i need.

And so on the first day, clumsy me sprained an ankle. The night was spent with a throbbing pain in the ankle. And i spent that night complaining, and whining. Too bad for the listener; you've got to endure more of that in the coming weeks again. Hee.
Oh, and i saw this on the library book.
An action plan for self-development.
- Work together as a team
- Strive to improve your performance
- Seek out opportunities
- Experiment/try different things
- Be positive
- Talk about your success
- Set yourself goals and objectives
- Review your experiences
- Tolerate short-term discomforts
- Be determined to win!
- Be ready to do whatever it takes
But.
What matters most is that you put those above into actions. And that, will be another different story.

"The strong wind touched my skin,
The crescent moon shone brightly in the sky,
I couldnt believe it-
That was another first in my lifetime."
My whining palace.
