I dont like this feeling of feeling so demoralised after getting a stare or a complaint or something from the boss.
Does anyone share what i feel?
Well, i do admit some mistakes that i did, but encouragement is all i need. I'm a bit uncomfortable with this style of teaching. They should implement a method of discussion in learning and teaching, even in the working sector. Hmmmm.
Bur bro reminded me that whenever we go, as employees we are the ones who should and must adapt to those above. *rolls eyes* Not the other way round. So yahhh. That's what experience is, they say.
So at this moment, i'd like to forget about that. Somehow i'm a bit affected. Buttttt, i should motivate myself. Continue with work Fara. That's just a mistake. Be more careful in the future.
Bro got soooooo many presents for Teachers Day. Soooo many flowers, cups, cards and more. But he said, the best thing a teacher want is an improvement in the students' grades. Aha. That must be the greatest gift ever. Esp his kids who are now getting ready for the PSLE.
