Few more months to a year.

The mind have been too cramped with workload. The IT project which was supposed to start in Jan 08 isnt likely to happen. Vendor's creating problem. Last i heard, many staff are leaving the company. So good luck to the clients (including me) of getting the project done. Everyone's been asking and complaining when the software will be up. And i'm perfectly aware that the Boss isnt too happy with me.
How could he, when he dont even want to take a look at my direction when i'm conversing with him? Was it because i was just a newbie?
He's having a hard time trying to understand what i'm trying to say (or maybe he doesnt want to). And I'm having a hard time explaining what's a software is to him. The others simply couldnt be bothered, because the responsibility is fully loaded on my shoulders.
