:D
Ever since my previous laptop crashed (april 07 to be exact), ive been depending on sis's laptop and the office pc. Ive never had a home pc before. So all my stuff have always been kept at either the office pc, or i'll dump it in sis's laptop. Its difficult, because nowadays you need the emails, the internet etc etc to access info and lots more.
So on thursday i dragged my long-time buddy Fadilla down to the PC show (initially) to survey the laptops they had over there (afterwhich i ended up buying). I've been eyeing for an Acer or a purple Dell. But based on everyone's feedback, Dell's not pretty good at the performance level. So..acer it is then!
And what else can be more exciting than purchasing the same model which fad has at home! Of which she has bought from Courts, BUT with a higher price! Geee fad geram.
:p
And thank u lah fad dear, for bargaining with that guy for the free 4GB thumbdrive. If you were not there, i think i'll just walk-out without asking anything else. You know me. heh.

The candidates came in with very high expected salaries. Each time i collected their application forms, my eyes widen at the figure they wrote. Wow. I think they're expecting a lil bit too much. If this goes on till next week, i dont know if i can leave by end of this month. They'll probably extend my stay, which is exactly what i am avoiding. Urgh.
Including today, 5 person has approached me, asking me to reconsider the option of staying back with the company. The convo i had with the lorry driver is the most amusing one. Cute uncle.
"You sure you want to leave ah?"
"Ya lor. Tendered already. Why?"
"Stay with us la. I can talk to him one la. He want u back."
"Dont want la. Not happy working, for what stay?"
"You not happy working ah? Why not happy? I happy working with u le."
"You sure not?"
"Aiyo you. Sure la. U help me do the pass all very neat. Haiya youuu..."
-chuckles-
Another convo with my fav Bangla worker, Kavi.
"You leaving???"
"Ya, why? U like ritee?"
"Aiyoyo. I heart pain wait you leave already"
"Really meh?"
"Ya la. Sad sad la, wait see you no more already"
"Got new gerl later, you no more sad sad okaayyy"
"Okay la. Wait i cook nasi briyani for you"
-double chuckle-
No comment, but really. If i stay any more longer over there, i'm sure i'll lost track with proper english language. My english is already naturally veryyy bad. So for future purposes, i need a bigger exposure than what they have here.
We are a private Construction company, so you cant expect much.
:)
And i'll miss all of them.
Including the most irritating Bangla worker who always like to chat with me, even when i'm trying to escape to the toilet.
Gee.

Wow this is the first time i stayed up very late because of online-ing. The last time was during the poly days. I remembered those days we stayed up till 2, 3am just to finish up our assignments, and helping one another via MSN.
Now as I peep into my MSN, i find myself sighing. Reminiscing the old fun days. Sheesh.
Well sleep tite people.
Nitey nites.
