Bestfriend got married. Congrats fad! Feelings were both joyful and sad, as i see my dear bestie on the wedding dais. How fast time has fly, and now we are all on our own family paths. A soft sad tug felt in the heart as i remind myself that fad will now be staying at hubby's place and no more at her house which is just 1 bus stop away from my house. We used to be within each other's reach due the close distance of our houses. From the starting of our teenage years and now. I remembered fad being the closest friend ever who had shared my deepest feelings of sadness when mom passed away. Fad was the one who had called the instant she heard the news and had cried together. What a journey we had gone thru... Dear bestie, i'm sure if my mom is around, she would be wishing u big congrats and praying for your future. Take good care of yourself and hubby. :)
Met up with sec sch friends like Hanizah, Syira and Ahmad at fad's wedding. I brought Arfah along. Felt happy looking at the friends, as old memories began to unfold in my mind. I hope i'll be going to each one of your wedding soon guys... =p
And to my dearest dad, i pray and wish you the best. I woudnt want to lose you. Losing mom has clearly showed how much i should have treasured you both way earlier. Even now with a new person you chosed recently, my love for you will never change. I just want to see you happy at this stage of your life. And mom, will forever be in my heart and my love for her can never be compared or changed...

And Arfah, my baby girl. She's learning to respond now. Not a lot, but a little if anyone comes at her face and begin talking to her. She lovessss to be pampered in the arms of ANYONE. She'll cry once we put her on her cot, leaving her alone. Naughty little girl. Always wants to be carried and swayed and danced. Am happy seeing her response. Alhamdulillah. I dont think she can see us yet, but she can somehow sense that someone is speaking or playing with her. And she'll response with a small 'Ahh..ahh..ohh..' and if her mood is good, she'll smile! The feeling that i felt looking at her smile...subhanAllah...so wonderful, i'm lost for words...Alhamdulillah :)
These days when hubby reaches home after work, he'll always play with Arfah for a while before going to sleep. He can get playful and crazy if arfah is with him. He'll carry her up high in the air and sway her away. I can get angry at times seeing him do that, bu arfah seems to love it. Haha. She'll smile and begin her 'Ahh ahh uhh'. hahaha.

We had a small kenduri last week and we invited only the close relatives. My bro and sis in law came with their baby girl, Shafiqah. She is smaller built that arfah but she sleeps more peacefully than arfah. Once given milk, she'll sleep obediently. Unlike our naughty little girl. Arfah, even after a full bottle feed, she'll still want to play and look here look there. Haahaa.
Am no having a bit of free time, as arfah is sleeping. She'll wake up sooner or later....
